It’s time to Choose Your Challenge for August 2017.
See, on the twentieth of every month, I share a few challenge possibilities. Whichever one gets the most reader support before the twenty-fifth is the new Challenge of the Month. On the twenty-fifth, I post the results in the comments of this post and on the Jaunty Dame Facebook page, giving you time to gear up before the new month/new challenge begins.
How to Choose
To cast your vote for the next challenge, simply leave a comment below or on Facebook. Rejected options get shuffled back into the deck.
Choose Your Challenge:
- Do push-ups every day. Keep a record of how many you can do.
- Avoid sugary foods all month long. While I’d make an exception for fruit, you can decide for yourself!
Having only two choices seems pretty skimpy, doesn’t it? We’re a tiny, tiny group; when only 6-10 people join these challenges, having three options splits the vote. Perhaps in the future, there will be enough participants to warrant more Challenge Choices. Want some extra accountability and social support?
