As for myself, I definitely enter a Bad Trance at night and get sucked into the wide, wide world of mindless entertainment.
There’s no shame in a little online time-wasting, but perhaps you’d rather be using that time some other way: reading a great book, straightening up your home, writing in a journal, or whatever you’ve been meaning to do differently this year.
Here’s this month’s challenge: Put your electronics to bed early every night from now until May.
“Early” is relative. You can choose any time you like; I’m aiming for 8:30 PM.
